The increasing variety of variants in display production places high demands on the flexibility, precision, and cost-effectiveness of modern gluing systems. A high-performance solution was sought that can efficiently process different display formats in continuous operation while simultaneously minimizing changeover times, manual effort, and downtime.

Our solution

BKLS developed high-performance gluing systems of the SGT series for the precise processing of corrugated cardboard, cardboard, and laminated materials. The systems enable the gluing of up to twelve different display parts in continuous operation—without complex changeover processes.

Thanks to modern CAD/CAM control, flexibly positionable cold and hot glue nozzles, and short switching times, both small series and large production volumes can be realized economically. The combination of precise adhesive dosing, high throughput speed, and user-friendly operation ensures maximum process reliability in display processing.
