In modern production areas, the aim is to create a work environment that is as open and safe as possible. Control cabinets and technical components often take up valuable production space and can restrict workflows. A solution was therefore sought to position these elements in a space-saving way outside the direct work area.
Our solution
BKLS developed custom steel platforms to accommodate control cabinets and technical components above the production level. By relocating them to the third level, work and traffic areas remain clear and production lines can be used more efficiently.
The platforms are individually adapted to the existing spatial conditions and, depending on requirements, can be equipped with stairs or maintenance ladders. Closed surfaces also prevent small parts or contamination from falling into the work area.

With the steel platform, control cabinets could be integrated in a space-saving way outside the direct production area.
