A high-performance and future-proof system solution was required for efficient gluing, folding, assembly and pressing of a wide variety of display components.

Our solution

BKLS developed highly automated display processing systems for precise and economical production processes. The systems enable gluing, folding, assembly and pressing of a wide variety of display formats within a continuous material flow.

CAD/CAM-controlled gluing systems with cold and hot glue technology, flexible folding and assembly tables as well as high-performance display presses with gentle structural fabric belt are used. The systems are specifically designed for changing formats and materials and enable high process reliability with minimal setup times.
