Our solution
BKLS developed a carton forming tool for the automated folding of packaging. The cardboard blank is pressed precisely into a specially developed mold using a punch.
Precisely positioned stops ensure that the cardboard edges are folded in the correct sequence. This creates a reproducible and reliable forming process for various packaging applications.
