Customer requirement

A conveyor solution was required for production that provides cable drums at the workstation in a clear, ergonomic, and process-reliable manner. The goal was to better organize workflows, reduce manual handling processes, and simultaneously increase flexibility and product quality within manufacturing.

Our solution

BKLS developed a customized conveyor system for the oriented provision of cable drums directly at the workstation. The cable drums are transported via trolleys and positioned ergonomically for the production process.

Specially developed lifting devices and loading tables are used for efficient loading and unloading. An automatic empty trolley return system additionally ensures a continuous material flow and optimized processes within production.
