Customer requirement

For an existing production process, a compact solution was required to automatically transport small parts from the low infeed area to a higher transfer position.

The conveyor systems were required to occupy minimal floor space, be flexibly positionable, and integrate safely into the existing production environment.

Our solution

BKLS developed three identical Z-conveyors with integrated carriers.

The products are picked up in the lower area and transported in a controlled manner via an incline to the designated discharge height. Carriers and lateral guides ensure reliable material flow.

Mobile base frames enable flexible positioning within production. Transparent protective covers support safe operation while providing clear visibility of the conveying process.
