Customer requirement

A heavily used form gluer required technical modernization and adaptation to current safety and production requirements. The goal was to economically preserve the existing machine while significantly improving reliability, maintainability, and process reliability.

Our solution

BKLS carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the form gluer. The machine was completely disassembled, cleaned, and technically revised. Worn components were replaced or exchanged for modern and future-proof parts.

Additionally, the machine was adapted to current safety standards, including a new CE conformity assessment. The result is a technically modernized machine at the cutting edge of technology with significantly improved maintenance and operational safety.
