Screw distribution for automated bottle handling

Efficient merging of conveyor lines

for continuous material flow

Customer requirement

For the automated transport of bottles, a solution was needed that efficiently merges multiple conveyor lines and ensures continuous material flow. The goal was to transfer bottles running side by side in a controlled and process-reliable manner onto a single conveyor line.

Our solution

BKLS developed a specially engineered screw distribution system for the controlled singulation and merging of bottle flows. Thanks to the screw’s precise geometry, bottles running in parallel are guided safely and transferred into a single-lane track.

The system enables consistent product guidance and ensures stable processes within automated production and packaging operations.
