A high-performance buffering solution was required for an existing production process to continuously receive, buffer, and forward candle products in a controlled manner. The focus was on uniform material flow, compact design, and gentle product handling.
Our solution
BKLS developed a circular buffer table based on the BC-M conveying technology system with two parallel belt systems. The system enables continuous product buffering in a compact footprint and ensures stable material flow within the production line.
The conveying technology was built on a stable aluminum base frame and additionally equipped with a closed enclosure made of painted sheet steel. Plastic side guides ensure safe and controlled product guidance.
