Customer requirement

A custom steel construction was required for the safe transport and space-saving storage of sensitive components. In addition to reliable product protection, the focus was on safe handling as well as a robust and durable design.

Our solution

BKLS developed a custom transport and storage structure made of hot-dip galvanized steel. The racks were precisely adapted to the customer’s requirements and enable safe loading and unloading as well as reliable securing of the components.

A removable top frame, integrated protective plates and form-fitting stops ensure a secure hold during storage and internal transport. The robust steel construction is designed for industrial use and supports efficient logistics processes.
