With a custom-developed conveying system, BKLS implemented a high-performance material flow solution for prefabricated house construction. The conveying line was specifically designed to move wall segments both horizontally and vertically and to optimally prepare them for further processing. <\/p>\n
An integrated turner automatically positions the components for the subsequent process steps. The entire system was built on a steel structure with a maintenance walkway and fully integrated into the existing production environment, including the gantry crane.
