Customer requirement<\/h2>\n

To link various machines and process steps, a flexible conveying solution for automated parcel transport was required. The aim was to transport small parcels and shipping goods safely, continuously and efficiently between individual production and packaging stations. Our solution<\/h2>\n

BKLS developed a custom conveyor line for internal parcel transport. Various conveying systems were intelligently combined to ensure a reliable and continuous material flow. <\/p>\n

Among other things, spiral conveyors were used for space-saving height changes, as well as hinged belt conveyors for stable and consistent transport of the parcels. The conveyor line enables an efficient and continuous material flow within the packaging and shipping processes. Parcels are transported safely and automatically between individual stations, reducing manual handling effort and optimizing process sequences.
