For the series production of vehicle charging cables, a flexible assembly line was required that efficiently connects various assembly processes. The goal was a continuous material flow between multiple workstations and high process reliability with a compact design. BKLS developed a customized assembly line with an integrated conveying system for product carriers. The system connects a total of eight workstations and ensures a structured and continuous assembly process along the entire production line. <\/p>\n
Thanks to a specially developed transfer system at the ends of the lines, large curves could be avoided, and a particularly space-saving system solution was realized.
