A conveyor solution for the automated return of empty hangers was required for a hospital laundry. The particular challenge lay in the extremely winding route and the crossing of various rooms and machines within the existing building structure. Our solution<\/h2>\n

BKLS implemented the empty hanger return line using modern single-track technology with individual carriers, integrated buffer zones, and inclines of over 45\u00b0. A specially developed hinged belt conveyor system with brushes and pawl technology was used to ensure the safe and continuous transport of the hangers. <\/p>\n

Through individually developed hanger turning units and flexible routing, the system was optimally adapted to the laundry’s spatial conditions.
