An automated solution was required for an existing laminating machine to reliably and continuously equip pallets with protective sheets. The system had to process different cardboard formats and be seamlessly integrated into the existing production process. Our solution<\/h2>\n

BKLS developed a fully automatic sheet feeder to supply pallets with protective sheets. The system was integrated directly into the existing laminating machine and operates with a pneumatic 2-axis system. <\/p>\n

Using a vacuum gripper plate, the cardboard sheets are automatically removed from the magazine and precisely placed on the pallet. For maximum flexibility, the system can process various sheet formats as well as EURO, Chep, and US pallets. The sheet feeder enables a reliable and automated supply of pallets with protective sheets within the laminating process.
