BKLS developed a dipping system as a 2-axis gantry system with a special load carrier holder for the automated glove production process. The system dips multiple glove formers vertically into a rubber solution at the same time and then carries out a rotary drying process in a precisely defined sequence. <\/p>\n
The entire control system is implemented using modern Siemens control technology with a touch panel. For safe operation within the EX environment, the system was designed in accordance with the requirements for EX Zone 1 and EX Zone 2.
