Customer requirement<\/h2>\n

For the processing of candle jars, a conveying solution was required that would enable flexible and continuous product feeding. At the same time, the delicate jars had to be transported safely, precisely separated, and reliably transferred to downstream processes. Our solution<\/h2>\n

BKLS developed a customized conveying system consisting of two large mat-top chain infeed tables and an intelligently linked conveyor system. The candle jars are flexibly placed on the infeed tables and evenly fed into the subsequent process. <\/p>\n

Controlled separation and transfer of products to a downstream hinged belt conveyor system is achieved via laterally guided mat-top chains with a single-sided lug.
