Customer requirement<\/h2>\n

A conveying solution was required for an existing production process that could transport products across multiple levels in a space-saving manner. At the same time, the system needed to ensure continuous material flow and integrate flexibly into the existing production environment. <\/p>\n

Our solution<\/h2>\n

BKLS developed a spiral conveyor from the BC-F85 series with multiple curve and incline sections for automated transport within the production line.<\/p>\n

The conveying system combines multiple 180\u00b0 and 90\u00b0 curve radii with seven incline segments, enabling particularly compact and efficient elevation changes. A reinforced direct drive unit and a durable conveyor chain are used to ensure safe product transport. <\/p>\n
