For the production of rubber products such as gloves, grip components, and molded parts, a high-performance dipping system was required that can move large quantities of molds precisely and reproducibly. At the same time, high loads, complex motion sequences, and modern safety and control technology had to be combined in a customer-specific solution. <\/p>\n

BKLS developed the dipping system as a highly automated lifting and rotating frame system with specially adapted product carrier technology. The system enables controlled immersion as well as defined rotational movement of the molds within the production process. <\/p>\n
The design is based on a massive steel frame with hydraulic lifting technology, servo systems, and modern Siemens control technology including visualization and recipe management. The system was supplemented by special protective devices, a custom dipping tank, and ATEX- and CE-compliant safety solutions. <\/p>\n
