Customer requirement<\/h2>\n

For an existing production process, a high-performance buffering solution was required that could simultaneously receive, buffer, and controllably convey products on multiple lanes. Our solution<\/h2>\n

BKLS developed a multi-lane Bi-Flow buffer table with a total of 17 conveyor lanes. The system enables uniform product buffering and controlled onward transport within the production line. <\/p>\n

Robust hinge belt conveyors from the BC-F117 series with durable LF879 TAB chains were used. Specially developed roller transfers ensure optimized product transfer on selected lanes.
